Lincoln Player Wins $25,000 A Year For Life Playing Lucky For Life

Lucky for Life logoA Nebraska Lottery player from Lincoln who wishes to remain anonymous claimed a Lucky for Life $25,000 a year for life prize on June 14.

The winning ticket was purchased at Casey’s #2724 at 3003 N 70th St. in Lincoln for the June 6 drawing. The ticket contained a play that matched five out of five White balls (03, 35, 38, 43, 47) but missed the Lucky Ball (15).

Our winner told us they’re not an every day player, but when they grab a pizza from Casey’s they always like to play some Lotto games.

The winner decided to take the lump sum option and claimed $390,000 from his win. Not a bad haul for a quick pizza stop.

This winner was the fifth $25,000 a year for life winner Nebraska has had and there have been no Nebraska winners of the $1,000 a day for life top prize so far.

Lucky for Life is a multi-state game currently offered by lotteries in 22 states and Washington, D.C. The odds of winning $25,000 a year for life playing Lucky for Life are 1 in 1,813,028, while the overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 8.
