Norfolk Woman Wins $20,000 Playing Black Ice

Roberta Watts Roberta Watts of Norfolk won $20,000 playing Black Ice, a $10 Scratch game from the Nebraska Lottery.

Watts purchased her winning ticket at Lloyd’s Drug Mart, 2600 West Norfolk Avenue in Norfolk. Scratching the ticket, she revealed matching numbers for a corresponding prize of $20,000.

Black Ice had 20 $20,000 top prizes. The overall odds of winning any prize in Black Ice were 1 in 3.13. The odds of winning a top prize were 1 in 24,000.
