Black IceRonald Tillman won $20,000 playing Black Ice, a $10 Scratch game from the Nebraska Lottery.

Tillman purchased his winning ticket at Fast Mart, 3293 A Street in Lincoln. Scratching the ticket, she revealed matching numbers for a corresponding prize of $20,000.
