Lincoln Man Wins $3,333 Playing Peng-Win
James Cross of Lincoln won $3,333 playing Peng-Win from the Nebraska Lottery.
Cross purchased his winning ticket from Casey’s at 1001 South 13th St. in Lincoln.
This is the second winning scratch ticket Cross has purchased since moving to Nebraska last year from New Jersey. “I’m feeling lucky in Nebraska,” he said.
